¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for sealing)
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Make the Filling – In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls – Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface with a corner facing you. Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the filling onto the center. Fold in the sides, roll it tightly, and seal the edge with the cornstarch mixture.

- Dust & Serve – Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.
