Instructions
- Prepare the Dough – Beat butter until smooth and creamy. Add condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until light and fluffy.
- Add Dry Ingredients – Gradually mix in flour and salt until just combined. The dough should be soft but not sticky.
- Shape & Chill – Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Bake – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool slightly on the baking sheet.
- Dust with Powdered Sugar – While warm, roll cookies in powdered sugar. Once fully cooled, dust again for a snowy finish.
