1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) or the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat dry the wings with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  3. Coat the wings with olive oil in a large bowl.
  4. Mix the dry rub ingredients (baking powder, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, and cumin) in a separate bowl.

    • Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
    • Cook for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
