Shape the Bites: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into balls or flatten them slightly into nuggets. Refrigerate for 15 minutes to help them hold their shape.

- Breadcrumbs Roll each potato bite in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

- Option 1: Frying: Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat and fry potato bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Option 2: Baking: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spray with oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Option 3: Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place bites in a single layer, spray with oil, and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.

Notes
Storage: Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes for best results.
Freezing: Freeze the formed bites on a baking sheet for 2-3 hours, then store in a freezer bag for up to 3 months. Cook straight from the freezer and adjust cooking time.
