Ingredients

4 small onions

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut off the tops of the onions. Slice them into petals, leaving the root intact.

  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and buttermilk together.
