2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)

1 egg, beaten

2 tablespoons olive oil or butter for frying

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Butterfly the chicken breasts by slicing them in half horizontally to create four thin pieces.
  2. Coat the Chicken: In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg, then coat with the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
