Ingredients
1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup heavy cream (optional for extra creaminess)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
-
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
-
In a small bowl, combine the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and a pinch of salt and pepper. If you prefer a creamier pizza, add heavy cream to the cheese mixture.
-
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh rosemary.
-
Spread the garlic and rosemary oil mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
-
Top with the cheese mixture, spreading it out evenly over the dough.
-
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and melted.
-
Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven, slice it, and serve.
Notes
Add vegetables like spinach, mushrooms, or artichoke hearts for a more filling pizza.
For extra protein, try adding grilled chicken or bacon.
If you prefer a bit of heat, sprinkle some red pepper flakes on top.
Fresh herbs like thyme, basil, or oregano can be swapped for rosemary.
